Performing Arts Live!, Inc., the organization behind Allentown JazzFest, has launched a fundraising campaign in support of this year’s festival – and the public is encouraged to participate.
The campaign, which can be found on Facebook, has a goal of $2,500, and all proceeds will support Allentown JazzFest 2017, which is scheduled to take place throughout the city May 3-7. The 2016 festival featured headline acts such as JoJo Mayer/Nerve, Lucy Woodward, Al Chez & The Brothers of Funk, Steve Coleman and Five Elements, and more.
Allentown JazzFest is an arts initiative focused on elevating the arts and culture landscape of Allentown, educating young people about the American art form of jazz, while supporting local businesses by attracting visitors from outside the region.
