Thursday night, we stepped over to Allentown for two bands that were entirely new to us — and immediately, we were glad to get acquainted!
Bandana Brothers opened up the night at Chicago Restaurant’s Club Gravity, offering a jammy blend of rock, country, and pop. The four-piece, hailing from the Pocono area, sounded tight and made a positive first impression in front of new listeners in the venue.
Speaking of first impressions, up next was the debut of Tantra, consisting of former members of White Oleander and The Phoenix Bridge. They rocked hard, fast, and loud, bringing a high level of energy to original material that already seems quite polished.
