PHOTOS: PA Bacon Fest 2017

Sunday was an overcast day, but the rains held off long enough for people to come in droves for the second day of the sixth annual PA Bacon Fest, a weekend-long celebration of all things pork in and around Easton’s Centre Square.

Of course, in addition to the sights, tastes, and smells, Bacon Fest proves to be an auditory delight, year after year. 2017’s strong lineup was spread across both days, and we were glad to get out and take in some of the action on Sunday.

In addition to a couple of passes by the School of Rock Stage, where students from local and regional School of Rock locations came to showcase the best of their respective repertoires, we also had the chance to take in some tunes from local acts including Acoustic Kitty Project, Zaire, Caren Kennedy Duo, and The Fight Back Home, who combined to make for a fairly diverse lineup that touched on everything from country to classic rock.

Check out the view through our lens below. We can’t wait until next year!
