Musikfest Mainstays Scythian Returns to Bethlehem This Saturday

This Saturday, Musikfest favorites Scythian return to Bethlehem for a special engagement inside the Musikfest Cafe.

This time around is unique for the 10-time Musikfest performers, founded by brothers Alexander and Danylo Fedoryka. Scythian will receive support on Saturday night from Mountain Duo, the tandem of Alex’s wife Catie and sister Larissa, featuring guitar, classical cello and soul stirring vocals. In addition, a local Irish dance troupe will be joining the band onstage for a dance number during the performance.
According to the band’s official bio, “Scythian (sith-ee-yin) plays roots music from Celtic, Eastern European and Appalachian traditions with thunderous energy, technical prowess, and storytelling songwriting, beckoning crowds into a barn-dance, rock concert experience.”
Tickets for this all-ages show start at $18 and are available at steelstacks.org. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the show set to begin promptly at 8 p.m.
