Electronica Duo Missio to Begin July at Musikfest Cafe

Austin-based electronica duo Missio will perform at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks’ Musikfest Cafe on Saturday, July 1 at 8 p.m.

Comprised of Matthew Brue and David Butler, Missio broke on to the influential Alt-18 Countdown of SiriusXM’s Alt Nation earlier this year with its single, “Middle Fingers,” with the song topping the countdown the week of April 3. The pair is also making a number of festival appearances throughout the spring and summer, including Hangout Music Festival in Alabama May 19, Firefly Music Festival in Delaware June 16, and Lollapalooza in Chicago on Aug. 4.

Tickets to see Missio at SteelStacks go on sale this Friday, April 21 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $10-$15 in advance and $12-$17 on the day of the show.
