November’s edition of the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series featured our most diverse lineup yet. Performances from 10 artists across eight venues spanned more genres than ever, including rock, blues, hip hop, reggae, and even showtunes.
Our monthly Friday night party in South Bethlehem continues on November 3, and we have another exciting lineup that promises to be as diverse and interesting as any we’ve had yet.
With that, we are proud to present the November lineup for the Lehigh Valley Underground First Friday Concert Series, presented in conjunction with our community partners at SouthSide Arts District.
On Thursday night, Bethlehem’s historic district was taken over by art and community, courtesy of a joint effort between Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites and Lehigh Valley Underground.

Can’t-Miss Shows of the Week!
A beautiful day in South Bethlehem, just to the west of the Bethlehem Steel Blast Furnaces, provided a picture perfect atmosphere for Rock & Breakaway from Pediatric Cancer, a benefit organized at The Steel Pub by local singer-songwriter Scott Marshall in conjunction with Lehigh Valley Underground, the Greater Lehigh Valley Music Association, and Rocking the Valley.
We have received the full lineup for Scott Marshall’s Breakaway from Pediatric Cancer benefit, taking place this Saturday, June 3 at South Bethlehem’s Steel Pub.
Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites (HBMS) invites you to celebrate the creative women of the Lehigh Valley with Songs for Sisters, a one night only, coffeehouse-style concert on Thursday, June 15 from 6-8 p.m. on the second floor of the Single Sisters’ House (50 W. Church St., Bethlehem).
Saturday was the first part of our epic, two-part weekend adventure, forever to be known as the 2017 May-riffic Music Festival at American Spirits Roadhouse.
We can’t wait for May-riffic Music Festival to kick off at 2 p.m., and we hope that you are, too!
Before you head out to American Spirits Roadhouse, however, we want to let you know that you can leave the ponchos at home.
Chelsea Lyn Meyer has established herself as one of our region’s most prominent singer-songwriters and music volunteers. Chelsea has topped independent music charts with her original tunes, and was nominated for 13 Lehigh Valley Music Awards this past year alone.
This Saturday at 4:30 p.m., we are honored to have Chelsea join us as one of 15 acts at our May-riffic Music Festival at American Spirits Roadhouse. Before the big weekend, we took a few minutes to chat with Chelsea about her music and overall body of work.
